Final Day at YNS

It has been a fabulous month working with a super generous and nice group over at Your Next Stamp as a GDT.  I just love playing with their images and look forward to using them again and again.

Today I am showcasing my final days worth of cards I have done:

This first one if from one of the new release stamps that came out this month.  This sweetie is called SKYE. I used my Cricut to do the circle shape and added embellishments from my stash and stickles to her wings.
The sentiment is also from YNS set, Awesome Journal Set.

I then made this second card from some great dies at YNS.  I used the Awesome Journal Set for the Sentiment in the middle.  The dies used are the Cute Bike and Kite Set and the Insta Love Die Set

.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

It's time for a brand new Challenge over at Loves Rubberstamps - Anything but a card.
We are sponsored by Saturated Canary this week!!! We'd like to thank them for providing our design team with some fabulous images!

I got my submission a bit too late to get on the DT site (I have to admit ABAC is NOT my strong point and life has been a bit hectic so my MOJO is not in full swing right now) but figured I would show it here.

I had recently gotten the cart, Tags, Boxes and More 2 for my Cricut and decided to try the milk carton. I used some left over retired papers  had in my stash and colored up this adorable image, Talkie.  I colored the image with my Copics.  I will be first to admit, I am not loving this creation right now but think it is good to try something new. I find this is the best way to get my creativity flowing again.

Have a great day and be sure to stop by tomorrow! Got something exciting coming out.

Anything but a Card Jewelry

Hey Everyone,

Sorry my blog has been pretty quiet but I have been running with the kids and my late nights are now turning into early sleepy time so not as much getting done here.

My daughter has been loving bottlecap items lately and I thought I could make a nice bracelet by reusing some of the old images I colored.

So what I did was take three cards I made with Little Darling stamps in the Saturated Canary line, Neveah, Autumn and Free Hugs stamps.  I then used GIMP to crop the main image and make them into 1 inch bottle cap size (there are tons of Youtube videos on it) . I printed it out on photo paper and used my 1 inch punch to make a perfect circle.  I then used flattened bottlecaps (these are 1 inch ones) with the holes and use epoxy dome stickers to cover.  I used E600 to glue the image to the bottlecap.

I adore how this came out and you may be seeing more of these for my other two girls too.

Hope you have a great crafty day.
